Deb Scheeringa

Deb Scheeringa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Vanco. Prior to their current role, Deb worked as an Independent Consultant partnering with companies on various HR projects. Deb previously held positions at Cargill, where Deb managed global projects related to leadership expectations, behavior development, and integration with talent life cycles. Deb has a strong background in business analytics, project management, and change management. Deb has a Master's degree in Human Resources - Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
