Deb Scheeringa

VP, HR at Vanco Payment

Deb Scheeringa is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Vanco Payment. Deb has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and project management. Deb started their career at Cargill in 2003 as a Project Manager. In this role, they led the global implementation of the Cargill Leadership Expectations (competency model) from introduction of model and behaviors through integration with the Talent Life Cycle. Deb was also responsible for behavior development & validation, Interview Guide development, and integration with Performance Management and recognition programs.

In 2018, Deb left Cargill to become an Independent Consultant. In this role, they partnered with companies to lead projects related to Human Resources, Talent, Engagement, Process Design, and other project and change management needs.

Deb has been with Vanco Payment since June 2018 and currently serves as their Vice President of Human Resources.

They work with Jennifer Dorris - CFO, Travis Prowell - Chief Product Officer, and Louie Frank - Chief Revenue Officer. Deb Scheeringa reports to Shawn Boom, CEO.
