Paulo Morganho is currently the VP Human Resources Operations at Sonova Group. Prior to this, Paulo held leadership roles in global HR operations at COFCO International, Genmab, BD, Electrolux, Huawei Technologies, Abbott, and Ericsson. Paulo has also worked in quality management at HP. Paulo holds a post-graduation in Business Administration from IMD and a degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
