Ed Tola

Ed Tola has a strong background in education sales and partnerships. Ed is currently the SVP of Education Sales and Partnerships at Vanco. Prior to this, they held various roles at Blackboard, including Vice President of North America Education Sales and Vice President of Sales for Blackboard Student Success. Ed also served as Vice President of Business Development for Blackboard Student Services. Before joining Blackboard, Tola gained experience as the VP of Business Development at Perceptis, where they provided customer care and technical support to colleges and universities. Earlier in their career, Tola worked as a Director of Sales at The rSmart Group and as a Regional Sales Manager at Blackboard. Ed began their career as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Manassas City Public Schools.

Ed Tola obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from PennWest Edinboro, attending from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Instructional Technology from George Mason University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
