Hillary Shaw

Hillary Shaw is the current General Counsel at Vanco Payment. Hillary has held this position since June of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Associate General Counsel at Flex Tek Group/Smiths Group plc from March of 2014 to June of 2017. Hillary has also been the General Counsel at Prommis Solutions from September of 2010 to January of 2014. Her first position out of law school was as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from September of 2006 to June of 2010.

Hillary Shaw obtained a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
