Kathleen Schilter

Kathleen Schilter, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Accounting at Vanco since December 2018, having also held the role of Accounting Contractor. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Brookdale from March 2014 to December 2018, progressing through positions from Senior Accountant to Accounting Supervisor and eventually Accounting Manager. Kathleen's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at Schenck SC from May 2011 to March 2014, where responsibilities included providing quality audit services and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. Kathleen began a career in accounting as an intern at the City of Oconomowoc in 2009, contributing to budget preparation and salary projections. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Concordia University-Wisconsin, earned in 2011.
