Steven Joos

Steven Joos has a strong background in product management and leadership roles. Steven is currently working at Vanco as the Senior Vice President of Product Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Prometric, where they played a key role in restructuring the company's applications and implementing a data-driven approach to product management. Before that, at AssureCare LLC, they served as the VP of Product, leading a unified product team and playing a pivotal role in cultivating new domestic and international opportunities in Healthcare IT. Steven also worked as a Product Manager at AssureCare LLC, where they led the conversion to an agile development process and was familiar with industry standards and requirements. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Cengage, including Product Director and Senior Product Development Manager, where they contributed to the development and growth of educational content solutions. Steven also worked as a Marketing Manager at Cengage, representing a portfolio of Higher Education Accounting products. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing Consultant, providing strategic guidance to Kitchen 452. Prior to that, they worked at Thomson Learning as a Developmental Editor, managing revisions and improving customer research practices.

Steven Joos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Xavier University in 2000. Steven then pursued a Masters of Arts degree in English Literature from Saint Louis University, completing it in 2002. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a Credly Authorized Partner from Credly.
