Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange since May 2019, Stephen has previously held significant positions, including Board Director at AscendantFX Capital Corp, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate governance, business strategy, and investments until September 2023. Prior roles include President for Greater China at Force10 Networks and Chief Operating Officer for Greater China at Nortel Networks. Stephen holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from McGill University, acquired between 1967 and 1973.
