Juvarya Veltkamp GCB.D, SCR is an experienced professional in the fields of green economy and climate strategy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the Green Ports Forum at C40 Cities since October 2022. With a strong background in leadership and advisory roles, Veltkamp holds various positions including Director on the Board of Directors at Vancity and a member of the Sector Advisory Committee at Realize Capital Partners. Veltkamp contributes to the Economic Leadership Team of the District of Squamish and is a Leadership Team Member at the Vancouver Maritime Centre for Climate. Additionally, Veltkamp serves as a Board Member for The Expansive Woman Project, which focuses on supporting women in leadership. Prior roles include Chief of Strategy and Operations at InBC Investment Corp and Director at the Canada Climate Law Initiative, where Veltkamp expanded climate risk education across corporate boards in Canada.
