Dr. Meitz holds a B. S. in Biology from the University of Oregon and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo. He completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA, as well as a fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Hershey Medical Center – Penn State University.
Dr. Meitz is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American College of Gastroenterology. He has a strong commitment to providing quality care with compassion and empathy.
Dr. Meitz is married with two boys. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
