Mbahm Shay Miller

Shay Miller, MBAHM, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shay started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Legacy Health, where they provided professional administrative support to the Clinical Vice President and Medical Directors. Shay then worked as a Coordinator for Specialty Programs, overseeing operations and maintaining physician schedules. Shay later became the Manager of Inpatient Services, where they supervised staff, managed budgets, and collaborated with physicians and mid-level providers.

After Legacy Health, Shay joined ZOOM+Care as an Area Manager, overseeing the operations of multiple clinics and facilitating the transition to complete care clinics offering various specialties. Currently, they are working at Vancouver Clinic as the Director of Operations for the Musculoskeletal Division, responsible for managing revenue and operating income. Shay has also held roles as an Administrator and Clinic Manager at Vancouver Clinic, where they focused on aligning department goals with the organizational mission and driving team performance and satisfaction. Throughout their career, Shay has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Shay Miller, MBAHM, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. This degree was obtained from Western Governors University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, Shay completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Marylhurst University between 2012 and 2014.
