As Vice President of Communications and Strategic Partnerships, Charlene Chiang is the principal brand ambassador for Vancouver Coastal Health, connecting people to our caring, curious and courageous organizational culture. Leading a purpose-driven team, Charlene is responsible for driving impactful communications and inspiring exceptional patient-centred experiences.

An award-winning, strategic communicator with extensive experience positioning organizations as leaders in the marketplace, Charlene has worked with international brands in the health, conservation, tourism, food and beverage and financial services sectors. She excels at building innovative teams, brings people together to cultivate engaged stakeholder environments and embraces complex challenges with creative solutions.

Charlene holds a Master of Arts in Communications and Technology, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations.
