Harpreet Randhawa

Harpreet Randhawa, RN, BSN, GNC(C) currently works at Vancouver Coastal Health as the Regional Practice Initiatives Lead & Nursing Manager in the LTC & AL Professional Practice Team. With previous experience as a Nurse Educator and interim leader in the same team, Harpreet focuses on enhancing nurses' scope and potential in LTC through educational upskilling. Before this role, Harpreet served as a Site Visitor for the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, conducting site visits for nursing education programs. Additionally, Harpreet was a Practical Nursing Program Coordinator at CDI College, overseeing the program's coordination and student success. Prior to these roles, Harpreet worked as a Lead Nursing Instructor and Registered Nurse at Fraser Health Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health. Harpreet holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Douglas College.
