Kim Jameson

Clinical Ethicist at Vancouver Coastal Health

Kim Jameson possesses extensive experience in the field of clinical ethics, currently serving as a Clinical Ethicist at Vancouver Coastal Health since August 2013. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia from September 2012 to March 2016, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Program Developer for Ethics in the School of Population and Public Health. Kim has also completed a Clinical Ethics Fellowship at Providence Health Care and worked as a Research and Communications Consultant for Arts Health Network Canada-BC. Additional experience includes research assistant positions at the School of Nursing at UBC and The W. Maurice Young Centre for Applied Ethics. Kim's educational background features a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from The University of British Columbia, a Master of Arts in Philosophy with a focus on Bioethics, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Applied Ethics from the University of Victoria.
