Lori Benning

Lori Benning has extensive experience in leadership development and strategic planning within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy Deployment at Vancouver Coastal Health since November 2008, Lori has led teams focused on building leadership capacity and fostering a thriving healthcare environment. Previous roles include Manager of the Leadership Development Team and Lead Advisor for Management Development, where Lori's initiatives centered on culture change and leadership education. Lori's historical contributions include a regional lead role addressing services for people with disabilities and work as a Medical Consultant for Allergan, where contributions involved therapeutic applications of Botox. Lori holds an MBA in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a BSc in Nutrition from St. Francis Xavier University.
