Michael Ko

Michael Ko has extensive experience in digital strategy, user experience, and communications. Michael started their career at the University of British Columbia in 2007 as a Manager of Digital Communications. Michael then moved on to Langara College in 2015, where they served as Acting Manager of Digital Strategy and Full Stack Web Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Digital Marketing & User Experience at Vancouver Community College, where they previously served as Manager of Digital Strategy.

Michael Ko obtained their Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2018 and a Professional Certificate in Responsive Web Design for Higher Education from Higher Ed Experts. In addition, they obtained multiple certifications in Google Analytics between 2019 and 2022, as well as the Foundations of Project Management certification from Coursera | Google.
