Norman Chang

Norman Chang has over 25 years of experience in various IT and financial management roles. Norman served as the Director of IT and Enterprise Architecture at Vancouver Community College since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager & Application Architect at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, Manager of Financial Systems at MDSi, Inc., Financial Systems Analyst at Open Learning Agency, Partnership Accounting Manager at Anthem Properties Group, and Financial Analyst at Future Shop.

Norman Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The University of British Columbia. Norman obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Systems from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they completed an Applied Database Administration and Design Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Norman also has multiple certifications in areas such as project management, information systems auditing, and IT governance.
