Ronald Vautour has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as an Administrative Receptionist at the Vancouver Convention Centre since February 2009 and also at the Vancouver Clefs D'Or Association. Ronald possesses a Professional Concierge Diploma from the International Concierge Institute, obtained in 1998, and has previously worked as a Customer Service Concierge at the Vancouver Convention Centre from 2007 to 2015.
