Vanessa Atkinson

Vanessa Atkinson is an experienced Catering Events Sales Manager currently at Vancouver Convention Centre since April 2023. With a solid background in catering and event management, Vanessa previously worked as the Catering Sales and Events Manager at Whistler Cooks from June 2021 to April 2023 and as the Wedding & Banquet Manager at Cheakamus Centre from July 2019 to June 2020, where all aspects of weddings were managed. Additionally, Vanessa has served as F&B Manager at Pan Pacific Whistler and held various roles at Whistler Cooks, Liberty Wine Merchants, and several restaurants, gaining extensive expertise in staffing, operation management, and customer service. Vanessa's education includes high school graduation from York House School, completed between 1986 and 1988.
