Rachel Qian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, human resources, business management, and international communication. Currently serving as a Fire Technician at Radius Fire Protection since June 2023, Rachel previously worked as a Project Coordinator at Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives, where leadership was provided for a government-funded program supporting caregivers for seniors. Additional experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at Gentai Financial Group, overseeing full-cycle HR functions, and as Business Manager at Bald Eagle Valley Resort Holdings Ltd., responsible for business operations and client development. Rachel's extensive tenure at Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. involved leadership roles in international cooperation and communication. Early career accomplishments include reporting and editing for "Foreign Investment in China" Magazine, as well as an internship at Dow Chemical. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Master of Arts in English Language and Linguistics from Renmin University of China.
