Christopher Cauley

Christopher Cauley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Vancouver Island Regional Library since October 2020. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist and Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CBI Health Group, where responsibilities focused on regional full-cycle recruitment and innovative hiring strategies. At Farm Boy Inc., Christopher held the position of Human Resources Assistant, managing payroll, recruitment functions, and compliance with labor laws.
