Tanya Wright is an experienced professional with a diverse background in document control, project administration, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Document Controller at Victory Reproductive Care, Tanya manages SOP documentation and oversees change management and staff training at a growing fertility clinic. Prior experience includes managing an archive project at Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd and serving as a Project Administrator for significant industrial construction projects. As the owner of Practical Design, Inc., Tanya developed a successful business specializing in personal cooling products, achieving six-figure annual sales and maintaining a strong international customer base. Additional experience includes founding and managing a baseball instruction company and directing fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations.
