Troy's background includes multiple positions at Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd, with roles as Crane Operator from 2014 to 2017 and from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Troy has a diverse history in management and sales, having owned West Coast Superbike School and served as District Sales Manager at Motovan Corporation, alongside roles as Service Manager at both Big Top Powersports and Carter Honda Motorsports & Power Equipment.
