Richard Hawes

Richard Hawes possesses extensive experience in both sports medicine and coaching. Currently serving as the Allied Health (RMT) at Vancouver Whitecaps FC since January 2019, Richard also holds the position of Assistant Coach for UBC Men's Soccer since August 2019. Prior experience includes working as an RMT at Fortius Sport and Health from February 2015 to January 2021, and serving as Head Coach for the U13 Provincial Development Program at BC Soccer from January 2014 to August 2019. Additionally, Richard worked as a Staff Coach at Fusion FC from September 2011 to August 2019, where Richard was the Head Coach of the U13 boys program. Richard earned a degree in Sports Studies with a focus on Social Psychology from the University of Chichester.
