Christina Tyner

Christina Tyner is a Clinical Research Scientist at Vanda Pharmaceuticals since July 2022, specializing in the design and analysis of studies across nonclinical, preclinical, and clinical phases to evaluate drug safety and efficacy. Christina has previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant at the University of Maryland, where responsibilities included administering COVID-19 tests and vaccinations. Additionally, as a Recruitment Assistant for the Child Studies Consortium, outreach and recruitment for child studies were managed. Christina's research background includes work at the Language Development Laboratory, focusing on language development in children. Early experience at Flint Park Day Camp involved various roles such as Head Lifeguard, Lifeguard, Summer Camp Counselor, and Associate Art Director. Christina holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Maryland.
