Layne Francella

Layne Francella, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Finance at Vanda Pharmaceuticals since February 2021 and previously held the position of Senior Finance Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Deals Senior Associate at PwC from September 2017 to February 2021, where Layne assisted major companies with transformative events such as acquisitions and IPOs, provided technical accounting support, and communicated complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Layne worked as a Deals Associate and served as an intern in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Layne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, earned in 2017.
