Sandra Paulina Smieszek

Sandra Paulina Smieszek, Ph.D., is currently the Head at Vanda Pharmaceuticals, a position held since February 2019. Prior to this role, Sandra served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Computational Biology from May 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a student researcher at the Cleveland Clinic from June 2008 to September 2010. Sandra obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 2011 and 2015.
