Scott Howell

Scott Howell is the Chief People Officer at Vanda Pharmaceutical. Prior to joining Vanda, they were a management consultant with Assured Consulting Solutions, where they co-authored a playbook that influenced 16,000 employees in cyber / IT adoption. Scott also established a communications strategy that drove adoption of cyber / IT initiatives and innovation.

Before their work in consulting, Scott was an adjunct instructor at National University, teaching graduate leadership courses. Scott also co-owned and served as CFO for Interim HealthCare of Ashburn, growing the business by adding four unique skilled service lines.
