Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Vande Rose Farms, LLC since December 2020, Randall focuses on premium pork production, adhering to innovative standards. Previous roles include National Channel Marketing at the National Pork Board, where efforts centered on consumer information and industry research, and Principal at EMIC, specializing in retail and foodservice brand development. Additional experience encompasses key positions such as Director of Supply Chain for Bloomin' Brands, Director of Sales/Merchandising at Norsan Group, VP/Director of Sales at Creekstone Farms, and Regional Sales Manager at Cargill. Randall holds a Certified Culinary Sales Professional degree from the Culinary Institute of America and additional certifications in culinary business administration.
