An-Charlotte Spriet

An-Charlotte Spriet currently serves as Group Legal Counsel at Vandemoortele since June 2018, providing legal support across various domains, including general commercial law, liability, IT, R&D, IP management, financial matters, and competition law. Prior to this role, An-Charlotte worked as Data Protection Officer for Pensioenfonds Vandemoortele until its liquidation in January 2021 and as Legal Counsel at FSMA, focusing on financial product supervision and consumer protection from May 2014 to May 2018. An-Charlotte began their career as an Attorney at Law at Eubelius, specializing in commercial and corporate law, and had a brief stint as a Legal Trainee at ING Investment Management. An-Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and a Latin-Sciences degree from Sint-Jozefscollege.
