Eline van Poeck

Eline Van Poeck is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for Belgium and Bakery Products Europe at Vandemoortele since March 2025, Eline previously held the position of People Director Europe at The HEINEKEN Company from February 2021 to March 2025, as well as Global HR Manager in the Supply Chain division. Prior experiences include HR Director for Belgium at Alken-Maes and various roles in talent management and HR business partnering. Eline began a career in human resources as an HR Officer at USG HR and gained initial experience as a Research Assistant at KU Leuven. Eline holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs and another Master’s degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven.
