Heddy Bourghida currently serves as the Group Transport Director at Vandemoortele since September 2020, following a 14-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, where Heddy held several key positions including Europe Intersite Transport Director, Transportation Operations Manager for France and Benelux, and Warehouse Startup Leader in Nigeria. Heddy's extensive experience includes leading transportation organizations with significant budgets, implementing supply chain transformation programs, and managing operations across multiple regions. An MBA graduate from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s in Electric and Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven, Heddy is skilled in improving operational performance and integrating advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI into business processes.
