Lucie M. is a skilled professional with a strong background in food engineering and packaging development. Currently serving as Chef de projets R&D packaging at Vandemoortele since March 2019, Lucie M. focuses on developing innovative and regulatory-compliant industrial and consumer packaging concepts while managing projects related to innovation, rebranding, and packaging optimization. Previous experience includes a year-long production apprenticeship at JOVID'OR, where Lucie M. improved packaging processes and managed personnel, along with roles in quality control and research internships at various institutions. Lucie M. holds a Master’s degree in food engineering from AgroSup Dijon and has actively engaged in educational and food-related community initiatives.
