Mikael Iserbyt

Mikael Iserbyt is an experienced finance professional currently serving as M&A Director Finance and Head of Finance for Asia & USA at Vandemoortele since February 2017. Iserbyt has held various leadership roles, including Global Controlling Manager for both Bakery Products and Plant-Based Food Solutions. Additionally, Iserbyt is the Treasurer for the School Board at Sint-Catharinascholen Sinaai since April 2019. Prior to these roles, Iserbyt was FP&A Director at Esko from October 2013 to January 2017, overseeing corporate financial planning and analysis. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Henkel, including Regional Controller for WEU - Henkel Beauty Care Retail, and roles in logistics and sales systems for the cosmetics sector. Iserbyt began a career in auditing at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp and studies at the Norwegian School of Economics.
