Raymond Palmen

Raymond Palmen is an accomplished integration leader and board member with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Integration Leader at Vandeputte Group, Raymond manages the integration of the newly acquired division "VDP Nemours," overseeing the company's P&L and KPI's. In addition, Raymond is a board member at Vandeputte Soap & Detergents and OMCO, which supplies molds to glass container manufacturers. As an advisory board member for DePoly and The Supernova Experience, Raymond contributes to innovations in chemical recycling and smart watch technology, respectively. Previous roles include Transformation Leader at BMT Group and CMO at WBCSD, alongside significant positions in sales and marketing at O-I. Raymond holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
