Phillip Stramel has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Phillip most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain at Vander-Bend Manufacturing, where they oversaw the development, production, and assembly of medical technology and other high technology products. Prior to that, Phillip was the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Supress Products and the Operations Manager at Novasys Medical. Phillip also held the position of VP Operations at Invensys Controls and served as the Director of Materials at Thiokol/Huck International. Throughout their career, Phillip has demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain optimization, and strategic decision-making.

Phillip Stramel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1984. Phillip later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University from 1993 to 1996.
