Brittney Kimbro

Brittney Kimbro, MPH has extensive experience in healthcare operations and project management. Brittney began their career as a Human Resource Intern at HCA in 2014 and later worked as a Patient Access Representative at UT Medical Center. At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, they served as a Vanderbilt Health Services Administrative Intern. Currently, Brittney is working at Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network, where they have progressed from Project Manager to Manager and now holds the role of Associate Director, Value Based Operations. In this position, they are responsible for the planning and execution of strategic activities to advance value-based care programs. Brittney'sexpertise includes contract management, quality metric performance, and process improvement. Brittney has successfully led various projects, such as the rebuild of a clinical documentation tool and the setup of a clinical nurse line to reduce unnecessary emergency department visits.
