Heather Putman

Heather Putman, MMHC, currently serves as the Associate Director of Revenue Cycle at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes managing the Managed Care Revenue Cycle and serving as the Epic Training Manager at the University of Kentucky from July 2021 to September 2022, and working as a Contract Analyst at HCA Healthcare from October 2016 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Heather held positions at Deaconess Health System as a Clinical Informatics Specialist and Revenue Cycle Specialist from June 2009 to December 2014. Heather's academic background includes a Master of Management in Healthcare from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Gerontology from the same institution.
