Janos Mathe

Janos Mathe's work experience includes a role as the Principal Knowledge Engineer at HealthIT @ Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they designed and implemented clinical decision support systems. Janos also worked as a Consultant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at the Institute for Software Integrated Systems @ Vanderbilt University, where they focused on developing cyber security science and technology for information systems. Janos also worked on the Vanderbilt Oncology Information System. Additionally, Janos previously worked as a Software Engineer at NETvisor Ltd.

Janos Mathe earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in the years 2005 to 2012. Earlier, between 1999 and 2004, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Epic Clarity Data Model - EpicCare Inpatient from Epic in 2018.
