Megan Youngblood

Megan Youngblood, MBA, has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Megan most recently served as the Associate Vice President at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they assisted in organizing and directing operations across Vanderbilt Health Services. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Vanderbilt Integrated Providers, overseeing administrative operations and financial outcomes. Megan has also held positions such as the Director of Strategic Programs and Transition Management Office Leader at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Before joining Vanderbilt, they worked as the IT Business Relationship Manager at LP Building Products and held multiple roles in the United States Army, including Battalion Human Resources Officer and Logistics Warehouse Responsible Officer. Megan Youngblood, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History/Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1998-2002). Megan later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management and Negotiation from Belmont University - Jack C. Massey College of Business (2008-2010). In 2021, they completed the Strategy for Health Care Delivery program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, Megan holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.
