Wright Pinson

Wright Pinson has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in leadership roles at Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. From 2009 to 2016, they served as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Health Affairs and CEO of the Vanderbilt Health system at Vanderbilt University. Since 2016, they have held the position of Deputy CEO and Chief Health System Officer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Wright Pinson obtained their MD from Vanderbilt University from 1976 to 1980. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Colorado, spanning from 1974 to 1976.
