Jacy Smola

Jacy Smola currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Services at Vanderbilt University since June 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Cornell University, overseeing program services from November 2018 to June 2023, and a campaign management position at Charidy.com for six months in 2018. Jacy coordinated events at the Center for Animal and Human Health in Appalachia and supported special projects at Lincoln Memorial University-College of Veterinary Medicine, where responsibilities involved planning events, document creation, and social media management from December 2015 to May 2018. Earlier experience at Auburn University focused on quality assurance and document control within veterinary medicine from June 2011 to January 2014. Jacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Auburn University and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Education in English Language and Literature, with ongoing studies for a Master of Library & Information Science at Louisiana State University.
