Larry van Horn

Larry Van Horn is a distinguished academic and business leader with extensive experience in economics, health management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Professor of Economics and Management, Emeritus, at Vanderbilt University since July 2006, Larry has also held various roles in health policy and management within the university. As a board member at Community Healthcare Trust and board chair at SaVida Health, Larry plays a significant role in guiding healthcare initiatives. Additional positions include operating partner at Whistler Capital Partners LLC, advisory board member for multiple organizations, and CEO of Preverity Inc. Larry's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Managerial Economics from The Wharton School and an MBA in Economics from the University of Rochester, alongside degrees in public health and philosophy.
