Lauren Watt

Lauren Watt currently serves as a Senior Admissions Officer and previously held the role of Program Coordinator at Vanderbilt University since December 2020. Prior to this, Lauren worked at the University of Iowa School of Music as an Admission Counselor, where a new major-specific admissions position was created, significantly increasing class size by nearly 40% in the first year. Additional experience includes managing a large territory of students as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Iowa, coordinating administrative functions for the College of Public Health, and working in recruitment at Medix™. Early career roles in the University of Iowa Department of Dance involved front office management, stage management, and production supervision. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts and a Certificate in Performing Arts Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa.
