Rich Germano, PMP, serves as the Assistant Provost and Senior Director for University Enrollment Affairs at Vanderbilt University since May 2004, with a distinguished career in Information Technology leadership. Germano has held multiple key positions, including Interim Chief Information Officer, where oversight encompassed a team of approximately 250 and a $60M budget, and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Information Technology, leading significant transitions and governance efforts between Vanderbilt University and its Medical Center. Prior to Vanderbilt, Germano was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, managing IT service delivery for the Wealth Management division. Germano holds a Master of Science in Management/Project Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, along with an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from The University of Akron.
