Steven Kosier

Steven Kosier is a Research Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Vanderbilt University and serves as the Associate Director of Business Development for the Institute for Space and Defense Electronics, which is recognized as the largest research and education group in Radiation Effects in Electronics. As the Owner and CEO of TIGRE Consulting, LLC, Steven specializes in transforming technology into valuable products with a strong focus on delivering significant returns on investment. Additionally, Steven held the role of EVP and Chief Technology Officer at SkyWater Technology Foundry, where responsibilities included enhancing the global presence of advanced technology services. Previous positions include President of Kanomax FMT, Inc., and Chief Technologist and VP Development at Polar Semiconductor, demonstrating a robust career in technology and engineering. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona.
