Troy Bahley

Troy Bahley currently serves as an Associate Administrative Officer in the Office of the Vice Provost for Finance and Administration at Vanderbilt University, engaged in supporting University Enrollment Affairs and Graduate Education since May 2023. Previously at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Troy held roles as Operations Supervisor and Department Manager, overseeing numerous staff and managing operational budgets while enhancing training and administrative services for over 350 employees. Earlier experience includes leading teams and managing budgets at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and Medical Education & Training Campus, as well as serving as Clinic Manager at McDonald Army Health Center and Executive Assistant at Moncrief Army Community Hospital. Troy holds an MBA in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa, and an Associate in Military Studies from the University of South Carolina.
