Eric Albert

Eric Albert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently works as an Executive Search Consultant at Vanderbloemen Search Group, where they guide various organizations in finding the right staff to align with their unique culture and mission. Prior to this, Eric served as the Director of Children's Ministries at Second Baptist Church, where they oversaw operations, logistics, and project management for six separate campuses. Eric also held the position of Children's Director at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, where they supervised a team and organized numerous programs for over 1,000 children. Additionally, Eric has experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Epicures Catering, the Camp Director of Forest Glen Retreat and Conference Center, and the Catering Manager at EPICURES CATERING. Eric also worked as a Management Trainer at Outback Steakhouse, where they trained new employees and assisted with franchise openings.

Eric Albert earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 1996 to 2004. In 2017, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Liberty University, completing their studies in 2018.
