Charlie Baumann

Charlie joined VanderHouwen in 2013 with a diversified recruiting background. A job can be critical to a person’s life which is why Charlie firmly believes in making each relationship personal and deliberate. From listening to someone’s passions to what makes them tick, Charlie works hard to find his candidates amazing roles that they might not have found on their own. His “win the day” attitude and strong work ethic have made him not only an exceptional Recruiter but a great example for his peers. In his home life, Charlie is an avid sports fan with a love for the outdoors.
