Kathy Vanderhouwen

Kathy is a strong and savvy business owner with over 30 years of experience. From formal management roles at Boeing to founding her own marketing startup in the 80s, Kathy has a knack for managing others with a smile. VanderHouwen started in 1987 as a small, family-owned business with the dream to build an empire of relationships. Now, over 30 years later, she still finds value in making every relationship intentional. As an active community member, she empowers women to take leadership roles and works on creating an inclusive work environment. Kathy has been heavily involved with influential committees, organizations, and boards such as WBENC and WPO.
