Allen Knight

Allen Knight is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the baggage systems and terminal management at major airports. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer and Engineering Team Leader at Vanderlande since July 2018, Allen has previously held leadership roles at Babcock International Group and Heathrow Airport. Notably, from October 1994 to July 2013, Allen was responsible for overseeing baggage system engineers at Terminal 3, as well as managing maintenance and improvements for terminal systems. Allen's career began as an Electrical Engineering Apprentice with the British Airports Authority, followed by roles focused on heating, ventilation, and electronics maintenance. Allen's education includes studies at Hounslow Borough College and the Hounslow Engineering Group Training Association, solidifying a strong technical foundation in engineering.
